TIMELINE:

Once your order has been received, I’ll send you an email asking for further details required for the portrait
(such as colour&detail preferences; photographs of your pet).
You will receive your first “preview” picture within 5 business days. Please note that prints with +2 pets might take additional time.
After that, you can make up to two adjustments to your image, which can take another 1-3 days.

Once you approve the sketch, the final image will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks (but please allow 4 weeks with more complicated portraits).
